The Business Profile page is where you go to update/change you business' information and contact details. To access the page, click on
Settings, which is found on the top right of the page.
To edit any of the areas, click on
All of the information in the sections below will appear on invoices that you send to customers, so make sure that you fill it out carefully. Also, don't forget to hit
Save once you make your changes.
Your Contact Email is your company's email address that will be used when emailing customer invoices through Kashoo. Your email address for billing purposes is set up in the User Account page.
If you want to have additional information on your invoices make sure to add the information here and choose an invoice template that displays that information.
Alternatively, you can create your own custom invoice template to choose how you display information on your invoices.
